FILSTAR SEPARATOR

FILSTAR - Super-Centrifugal Separator

This product uses no media and separates denser solid from any liquid up to 16 centistokes.  In a single pass it is capable removing 98% or more of the solids larger than 10 microns for standard filtration or >95% or more of solids larger than 2 micron for fine filtration.  Any flow above 8 litres each minute can be accommodated.

The Filstar Super-Centrifugal Separator takes filtration to new levels of ease and effectiveness; separating solid from liquids using the flow.

*  FILSTAR is compact, maintenance free, has no moving parts and no element (avoids clogging);

*  FILSTAR removes the expense of element exchange, down time or back flush and the need for multiple units;.

*  FILSTAR eliminates the need for drainage equipment or bulk waste;

*  FILSTAR works better and is more durable than the often problematic hydrocyclonic separators, providing more cleared liquids and drier solids;

*  FILSTAR can be a precision filtar at 1 micron particle size. It only requires power for the pump and, where fitted to provide additional benefits, an automatic drain. This is quite unlike other equally effective but bulky, complex and expensive separators.
